Staff knew how to safeguard people... completed risk assessments... Medication was well managed and people received their medicines as prescribed; some minor recording issues discussed with manager to address.

Staff said, 'It's brilliant working here; the service users are fantastic', 'If I had to have a relative in care, I would like a place like this' and 'We have a small, friendly service; it's not institutional at all. It's a fun place'

Staff told us the registered manager and director were very supportive and listened to their views. Comments included, 'Management support is good; they are always there if you want to talk to them'

People accessed holidays funded by the provider (Liverpool trip, London, caravan in Bridlington); college courses, craft sessions, concerts, sports events, community outings; dedicated community support worker 7 hours/day 5 days/week for activities; Year Books of memories.
