Staff had a good awareness of safeguarding, and could identify the different types of abuse and knew what to do if they had any concerns about people’s safety.

Staff commented they worked well together, approached concerns as a team and were supported by management.

Staff commented they felt supported and had a good understanding of their roles and responsibilities. A member of staff told us, “[Registered manager] listens to us, but there are other managers we can talk to as well.”
