The manager worked to instil a culture of care in which staff felt valued... Staff spoken with told us they felt supported by the manager. They told us they felt able to raise concerns with managers without fear.

The service had enough staff, however, at the time of the inspection there was 1 staff vacancy. Managers arranged shift patterns so any agency staff used were working with established staff members.

There was a structured programme to update all training, and the staff team had access to and had completed a comprehensive training programme. Staff received support in the form of supervision and appraisal.

Although the manager worked across 2 locations, they were visible in the service and approachable. Staff spoken with told us they felt supported by the manager.
