People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse. People's medicines were administered and managed safely. Incidents and accidents were reviewed, analysed and actions taken.
Staff told us they felt demotivated and lacked the support they needed from members of the management team to effectively deliver care to people.
There were enough staff available to support people. The only problem now is the number of agency staff we use. It will be good to have more permanent staff.

Activities included exercise, games, puzzles and music sessions and performances. People were supported and encouraged to participate in activities they enjoyed.
