People told us they felt safe living at Cuffley Manor. Staff were aware of how to keep people safe and ensure risks were identified and managed. People's medicines were managed safely.

People were supported to engage in a range of group and individual activities. Examples included a fashion show, 'Cruise' themed cultural experiences, fire brigade visit, and music sessions.
