Working at Craghall Residential Home

Systems were more robust to ensure any risks to people's health, safety and well-being were mitigated. There was a more robust analysis of all accident and incident reports.

Staff spoke very positively about working at the home and the people they cared for.

There were enough appropriately skilled and trained staff to meet people's assessed needs.

One staff member told us, 'My training is up-to-date, there are plenty of training opportunities and to advance and ask for additional courses.'

Staff said the management team was very approachable and they were supported in their role.
