We reviewed topical cream charts for the 2 people. Both included gaps and days where the cream was only recorded as being applied once. One person had been prescribed laxative medicines... We have two activity staff and they also do activities on the weekends. This includes reading clubs quizzes. A staff member said people also had opportunities to listen to music, play dominoes, do colouring and reading, cross words, book club, noughts and crosses and garden club.
