No registered manager in post yet, even though the acting manager gets good feedback from staff.

At the time of assessment there was not a registered manager in post, the new manager had submitted their application and was in the process of registering with the Commission.

Adequate staffing but some agency nurses don't know residents well, causing issues with health professionals.

Some health professionals commented about issues they had experienced when dealing with agency nursing staff. They felt the issues reflected the lack of knowledge agency staff had about people and their individual needs.

Only basic activities like bingo, coffee mornings and music, so the role lacks variety beyond personal care.

There are two ladies who are always organising events, they have coffee mornings and bingo, there is quite a lot going on. [Person] will join in if it is Elvis singing.
