Risk management misses things like proper checks on equipment to prevent skin damage and reviewing records of resident distress.

There was not an effective process to check mattresses were on the correct setting... no evidence charts used to record those episodes were being reviewed

Staffing is enough most times but gets very busy at peak hours so residents sometimes wait and staff feel stretched.

Staff described safe staffing levels but told us they could be very busy at certain times of the day... “Because they could do with more staff, it is the same at night.”
