The manager ensured there were sufficient numbers of suitable staff. Staffing levels were observed to be suitable and we saw a high staff presence in communal areas on both days of inspection.
Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: staff completed a range of mandatory training and other training specific to the needs of the people they supported. Staff told us they received the training needed to carry out their roles effectively.
