People told us they felt safe. Staff were trained about how to spot signs of abuse and told us they felt comfortable to whistle blow on poor practice. Medicines Administration Records (MAR) charts were completed and audits were undertaken.
Staff told us the morale within the team was good and they worked well together. A staff member told us, “Staff are lovely, we work together as a team, more importantly staff make sure everything is done for resident's, you can see that they care.”
