There were some instances when people did not receive creams as prescribed. An external support worker... had concerns about a person's safety at night but had not reported this concern to the manager.
Staff felt supported and their suggestions were listened to. Staff were complimentary about the guidance, support and focus of the manager.

New staff were supported through induction programmes and opportunities to work alongside more experienced staff. The manager and provider planned to develop staff opportunities for developing their skills further.
