We carried out a random stock check of three people's medicines and found that the amount of medicine in stock for two people did not match that recorded... recommended targets had not been met for the past four weeks... this person did not have their feet elevated during the inspection.
Most staff told us they felt supported by the registered manager and could raise concerns with them if necessary.
