People were safeguarded from abuse and avoidable harm. Risks to people's safety were assessed to ensure they were supported to remain as safe as possible. We looked at the MARs for all the people who used the service and noted medicines had been administered as prescribed.
There was a positive and open culture at the service. Staff felt valued by the management team. A member of staff told us, 'The manager is very supportive.'
