Medication not always given on time or as prescribed before meals.

Records showed people did not always receive their medicines on time. People who were prescribed medication to be taken 30 to 60 minutes before food were not receiving their medication as prescribed.

No activities coordinator and only limited basic group activities with mixed feedback.

The home did not employ an activity coordinator. Feedback about activities was mixed... limited number of people involved in the table top activities offered.

Staff missing regular supervisions and some training like fire safety out of date.
