Safety processes have minor gaps in medication records and infection control, like managing odours.

Some medicine management processes needed improvement; however they were put right during the inspection... we noted there were some unpleasant odours in parts of the building and we noted one floor covering was stained in places.

Staffing is adequate and flexible but relies on some agency workers when needed.

the registered manager described the action taken to reduce the use of agency staff and explained that if agency staff were necessary, the same person was requested to promote continuity of support.

Activities are varied with planners and community outings but no specialist programmes or coordinator mentioned.
