The registered manager was a visible and supportive presence at the service. Staff told us that the new registered manager was approachable and supportive and everyone told us they were confident to approach the registered manager.
People were able to join in with a variety of activities either one to one or in small groups. Everyone was offered a variety of things to do each day but their privacy was also respected.
