Temperature records to ensure the safe storage of medicines were not completed in accordance with national guidance. This meant we could not be assured that medicines requiring refrigeration were safe for use.
Feedback from staff regarding their well-being and support in the workplace was mixed. Some staff told us they felt supported and listened to, however other staff told us they felt unsupported and disliked in the workplace.
