Staff numbers are enough with no rushing, but no info on low agency use or staff sticking around long-term.

Per 2019: People told us 'there is always enough staff here if you need anything' and staff carried out their duties in a calm unhurried manner.

Per 2019: Staff received a comprehensive induction... All staff completed, or were in the process of completing, the care certificate... completed mandatory training and had good access to additional training.

Coordinator runs regular outings and crafts which add some variety, but no special named programmes or creative innovations.

Per 2019: An activities coordinator was employed, and activities were organised... Examples included, going out with relatives, having nails done, creative crafts, attending a cooking club... We go on outings here regularly.
