People had not always been supported to take their medicines in accordance with their individual needs and preferences. Staff had not always signed people's Medicine Administration Records (MAR) when they had administered people's medicines.
We received mixed feedback from people, relatives and professionals about the culture of the home. Some permanent staff told us they believed that, after a period of high staff turnover, things were now improving.
