Not enough improvement had been made... and the provider was still in breach of regulation 12... We found two suction machines which had not been cleaned after use.
Staff spoke positively about the acting manager. Comments included, 'The manager is very nice, very caring. Things are much better... It is a much nicer place to work.'
At the time of our inspection there were sufficient staff available to meet people's needs. Staffing numbers had been increased in line with dependency needs.
