The service had a proactive and positive culture of safety... Safeguarding issues are raised with transparency... Some improvements had been made to medicines management... However further improvements were needed to medicine records.
Staff told us they felt valued and supported by the management team... Their comments included, 'Staff morale is good, we have professional leadership', 'I would recommend it as a place to work'
However, we received mixed feedback about staffing levels and staff deployment. People told us they felt safe with staff support, but not all people and relatives thought there were sufficient staff. For example, there were times people had to wait for their care.
