Activities are basic and not meaningful enough, so the role is mostly routine personal care.

some relatives felt the activities were not meaningful and there was not always something for everyone to take part in.

Staffing is adequate but sometimes short-staffed, with lots of new staff who relatives say lack confidence and skills.

on some occasions there seemed to be less staff than usual... a lot of newer ones... staff aren’t very confident and don’t always know what they are doing.

Training covers basics and some development but has gaps like infection control not up to date for all staff.

not all staff had completed their training as per the services training matrix.
