People and staff told us there were enough staff on duty to provide safe and timely care. The provider reduced the use of temporary staff and employed more permanent staff. Records confirmed the use of temporary staff had reduced.

Staff were trained in a range of topics including first aid, nutrition and personal care. New staff received a robust induction. Staff received ongoing support and supervision.

Staff told us they felt very supported by the manager and the provider. One staff member said, 'The manager is so helpful and supportive, and you can go to her to ask about anything'.
