Staff were aware of safeguarding arrangements and knew what action to take to keep people safe. Risk assessments in place were person centred, thorough and gave clear information for staff on how to support people to reduce these risks. Medicines were managed safely.
I believe staff morale is better than it ever has been. I believe this is a much more content, happy and vibrant place to work. I believe this is down to having our new manager, and in my opinion [registered manager] is doing a fantastic job.
