People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse by staff who were trained... People received their medicine as prescribed... Accident and incident forms were reviewed by the registered manager and any themes and trends were examined.
The service had a positive culture... Staff told us they felt well supported by the manager... Relatives told us... 'the manager is very approachable and easy to talk with.'
