We found some staff had recorded entries where people had been described as agitated or aggressive in daily notes but had not recorded any information on specific forms that were used to monitor behaviour.

Some relatives say staff are rushed off their feet at times, even though inspectors found enough staff overall.

Although some people and relatives felt there were not enough staff, we found staffing levels were sufficient. One relative commented that staff were 'rushed off their feet'.
