2021 IPC inspection: 'We were assured that the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections... making sure infection outbreaks can be effectively prevented or managed... Most staff were wearing appropriate PPE... two staff members masks were not correctly fitted, this was immediately rectified.'

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: 'There were enough staff to ensure people were cared for and supported safely... One relative told us, "They used to take ten minutes to respond to call bells, now there's no reason to use them, the staff are just more attentive."'
