Staffing levels are enough most days but get stretched when short stay guests arrive, leading to longer waits for help.

Activities are basic like sing-alongs and birthdays with no full-time coordinator, so not much variety to make the job more interesting.

Some management systems like falls tracking are not fully up to date or accurate yet, so improvements might not stick.

some of the colour coding was incorrect... not all falls were recorded on the system... some people's dependency assessments had not been assessed for one or two months
