No activities programme or coordinator right now, so residents sometimes get bored and the role is mostly routine personal care.

Some people and relatives told us they did not always have enough to occupy them and were sometimes bored.

Some staff training is out of date in three or more areas, so only basic training with gaps.

A training matrix showed there were some gaps in training updates, including some staff whose training had expired in three or more areas.

Recruitment checks were incomplete for some staff and medication records have gaps that increase risk.

Pre-employment checks had not been consistently completed. Handwritten entries had not been counter signed in line with national guidance.
