Staffing is adequate but they use bank staff when there are shortfalls.

Staff told us they felt there was enough staff and if there were any shortfalls bank staff were used to make sure everyone received the care and support they needed.

Only basic training like safeguarding and medicines checks, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff had training on how to recognise and report abuse and they knew how to apply it. Staff had undertaken training and competency checks for the administration of medicines.

Basic events and outings like parties and workshops but no activities coordinator or specialist programmes.

Birthdays and events (Halloween & Easter & Christmas) are all celebrated... Some of the residents attend my workshops... events that have happened such as parties, or an activity they've enjoyed.
