One person in the home was prescribed medicines on a when required basis. However, at the time of the inspection we found no protocol providing guidance to advise staff on when and how to give these medicines.
Staff spoke positively about working at the home. They described a positive and inclusive culture within the home. They felt able to speak openly with management and described the registered manager as approachable.
