Staffing is adequate but they use agency workers sometimes and had shortages from a recent Covid outbreak.

Agency staff were used when required. The service had recently had an outbreak of Covid-19 which had led to some staff shortages, but were now returning to pre-outbreak levels.

Only standard training like induction, dementia care and medicines, no specialist courses or funded qualifications for career growth.

People were supported by staff who completed an induction, training and were supervised. Staff received appropriate training and support... including dementia care training.
