Per 2022: We were assured the service was following safe infection prevention and control procedures to keep people safe. Per 2020: An effective system for managing medicines was in place. Systems and process were in place to protect people from abuse.
Per 2020 comprehensive inspection: The service had an open culture. Staff told us the registered manager was supportive and they felt able to raise issues.
Per 2022: There were 18 health care assistant staff working at the home to provide care for residents. Per 2020: there were enough staff available to meet the needs of people.
