Proactive and positive culture of safety... robust safeguarding policy... lessons learnt shared. Staff understood actions following safety events; medicines managed safely though prior guidance gaps addressed.

Staff retention was very good; most of the staff had worked at the service for over 5 years. People told us there were enough staff... call bells answered promptly and staff did not appear to be rushed.

Staff were recruited safely... had a thorough induction and completed training relevant to people’s needs. Staff members were champions... received additional training in these areas.

Preschool visits regularly, pub outings, fish and chips trips, chef involving people in menu planning, protected time for chats, skittles games.
