Safety processes are weak with no staff guidance for as-needed meds, missing risk details like catheters and diabetes, and little learning from falls or accidents.

Where people had medicines prescribed 'as required', there were no protocols in place... risk relating to having a catheter in situ and having diabetes were not identified... minimal evidence to support learning lessons from accidents, incidents or falls

No activities coordinator or varied programme, so the role is mostly routine personal care and rehab.

People were offered opportunities to engage in social activities. People were encouraged to engage in activities that interested them.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, no evidence of stable long-serving team or easy workloads.

The service had enough staff to keep people safe. Staff rotas confirmed this and during our inspection we saw staff responding to people's needs and requests.
