Staff managed medicines safely and were exceptional at ensuring students were not over-medicated by medicines that restricted and controlled behaviour... This had improved the lives of 2 students... The registered manager told us, 'Since our last inspection our culture has improved... having the right staff with the right values for the right reasons has brought us together as a team, it’s a culture of support and that has improved student’s progress and outcomes.' Staff said, 'Freedom of speech, Respect for each other, Empower students... Support students and each other and Humanity for each other as human beings.'
