Staff felt well supported in their roles and enjoyed working at the service. Staff were passionate about supporting people and clearly enjoyed their job roles.
We observed there to be enough staff to support people safely. Staff predominantly told us they were happy with staffing levels. Some staff told us they felt there could be more staff at some points of the day.
