Not all accidents and incidents records had been completed in full and actions recorded... some medicine administration records were not fully completed. A small number of medicines had not been signed for when administered.

The manager who was new to post left the service soon after the inspection. The regional manager told us they were based in the service and recruitment was ongoing for a new registered manager.
There was a dedicated activities co-ordinator in post... Activities available to people included, quiz time, cards, coffee morning, sign along, darts, chair exercises, knit and natter, board games, 1 to 1, sensory afternoon, pamper day and external singers.
