Processes were in place to protect people from abuse. Staff knew how to identify and appropriately report any concerns. Risks to people were assessed and managed to mitigate or reduce harm to people.
Staff felt supported and valued by the senior staff and were working with them, as one team, to provide people with the services they required. The manager promoted a friendly, open and inclusive environment both for people who used the service and for the staff who worked there.
