Infection control is poor with unclean equipment and areas, so higher chance of spreading bugs while working.

Wheelchairs and commodes were stained with spillages and food debris. Parts of the kitchen were unclean including light switches, door handles and the food trolley.

The provider does not oversee the manager properly or fix safety issues quickly, leaving staff without strong backup.

The provider lacked oversight of the safety of the environment and failed to assure us of the action they proposed to take to make the required improvements.

Only basic activities like exercise and park trips, so the job is mostly routine care with little variety.

Staff arranged and facilitated activities for people including exercise sessions and trips to the local park.
