There was an open and transparent culture within the service. Staff told us, they were asked their views about the service and were encouraged to express their ideas.

There were enough staff to meet people's needs. Regular agency staff had been used to cover shortfalls when staff had left.

Staff, people and relatives told us the registered and deputy manager were approachable and transparent. The management team had an 'open door' policy.
