Care plans were not always robust and did not provide clear guidance on how to manage risks... Following our visit the provider informed us a full review of care plans and risk assessments had been initiated.
Staff spoke positively about working at the home... Staff said they felt part of a team and were well supported. One staff member said, 'You cannot fault either of them; I can approach them with any concerns or queries, always heard and listened to.'
Staffing at Brookfield was stable, with little turnover... Due to recent changes within the team the provider had identified additional staffing was required. Further recruitment was being made to help provide more flexibility in support.
