Staffing is adequate but they still use some regular agency staff.

Staff told us they received the training they needed to meet people's needs; this was confirmed in records. Staff training was kept under review and refresher training was provided.

Basic activities like kids visits for crafts and open days, no dedicated coordinator or varied programme to enrich the workday.

they had links in the community... activities with a local nursery school... We do craft things and play... open day fete... resident and relative committee had been set up to oversee social events.
