Managers and staff understood how to safeguard people and supported people to stay safe. They also understood and managed risk well. People’s care records contained up to date, sufficiently detailed and accurate risk assessments and management plans.
I feel comfortable speaking up and the managers and senior staff do listen to us. They’ve created a warm and loving family environment.

The entertainment, activities and food are also fantastic...watch one of the many shows they put on here...wish-tree in the bar area where people could hang a written request to do a particular social activity.
