The provider was in breach of the legal regulation relating to the management of medicines. Issues were identified with stock control, record keeping and administration of some medicines. Records showed 6 people had missed between 1 and 10 doses.
A relative stated, 'the staff are excellent, they are very kind, there is not a huge turnover of staff'. Staff told us, 'Our deputy is very approachable, listens to our concerns'.
