Training covered a range of topics including safeguarding, infection prevention and control and manual handling.

Some risk plans or records missing or inconsistent, like behaviour guidance and hourly checks.

We found behaviour support guidance for 2 people was not in place... Records did not demonstrate hourly checks had taken place.
