The consultancy staff were in the process of interviewing all staff members to gather their feedback on any concerns or issues they may have, and what additional support they may need... A staff meeting had been conducted on 30th May 2025... 9 staff out of 62 attended.
Staff had undertaken both online and face to face training in dignity and respect, manual handling, falls prevention and wound care... out of 27 staff, 15 either had identical or similar answers which showed staff had not always individually considered their answers.
The area manager was currently overseeing the service with an agency manager due to start the following day. The provider had also instructed a consultancy agency who was supporting the service to make improvements.
