Staff were knowledgeable about safeguarding and action was taken on concerns. Medicines systems were well organised. Lessons learnt from incidents like falls.

I love working here. We are one big family. Staff had been there for over twenty five years because the care was outstanding.

There were enough staff to ensure that people's needs were met safely. Staff had plenty of time to spend with people throughout the day and to respond promptly.

Staff told us the training they received was a good standard and equipped them to do their job well. Some staff had lead roles with additional learning opportunities.

The registered manager is a qualified nurse and so they really understand what is needed. They are really approachable and look after us all.

Music therapy one day a week, Pets as Therapy programme with volunteers, crafts, entertainers, ceramics, knit and natter, dedicated activities organiser.
