Staffing levels were sufficient to meet the needs of people living at the service. We reviewed staff rotas and people's assessed dependency for when they required support. We found staffing levels matched people's assessed needs.

Quality monitoring systems allowed for the effective monitoring of the service by the provider, however action plans were not always revisited.
